1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gsbet ("we", "us", "the Company") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers, or uses the gsbet platform available at gsbet.club. 3. Account Registration & Management

To access the full features of the gsbet platform, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all gsbet accounts:

1. One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one gsbet account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. gsbet employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. 3. Know Your Customer (KYC). gsbet is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide such documents as gsbet may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your gsbet login credentials, including your username and password. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules

2. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gsbet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

8. Account Suspension and Termination

gsbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

2. Fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
3. Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification when requested;
4. Evidence of underage gambling;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gsbet platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, brand names, text, design elements, and data — is the intellectual property of gsbet or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gsbet platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the gsbet platform without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gsbet and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the gsbet platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. gsbet's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made to your gsbet account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The gsbet platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While gsbet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, gsbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gsbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the gsbet platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. gsbet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.
